RFP documents will be forwarded to all potential respondents who have pre-registered with the Commission or requested a copy of the RFP through purchasing@ohioturpike.org. Anyone interested in registering with the Commission can send an email to the Procurement Department at purchasing@ohioturnpike.org.
Each Proposal must comply with the terms and conditions set forth in the RFP.
For RFPs requiring submission of a proposal bond, such bond shall be retained by, or paid to the Commission. Proposal bonds will be returned to any unsuccessful respondents after the contract is executed by the awarded respondent and the Commission
The award of the Contract or Contracts, if any award be made, will be to the respondent submitting the proposal offering the best value in terms of service and price. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all responses and to waive minor technicalities or minor irregularities in the proposal.
